Mechanical low back pain is one of the most common condition face by every individual in their lifetime. To deal with mechanical low back pain, non-invasive therapies like Class IV LASER and Phonophoresis is used to relieve pain, reduce low back disability, increase lumbar range of motion and enhance quality of life. Patients were divided into 3 groups in which group 1 is treated with Class IV LASER therapy along with conventional physiotherapy, Group 2 is treated with Phonophoresis along with conventional physiotherapy and Group 3 is treated with Conventional physiotherapy.
