High elongation strain sensor data used in Sensors manuscript

Description

Contains example data for sensor strain, stress and resistance for sensors cycled at different rates, along with a couple of example plotting and curve fit scripts.

Steps to reproduce

Run plottingdataanalysis.m and pick a dataset (not the pn_ files, which are processed versions of the raw data) to plot the different aspects of the sensor response. Similarly, run the decayanalysis.m file to see an example of exponential fit to the short-term decay.
