A dataset for the decentralized management of distributed energy resources for frequency support

Description

This dataset provides temporal information on the frequency measurement on points of the French and Finnish electricity networks made by Energyboxes. Each energybox is made up of three elements: - A schneider iEM2050 measurement sensor allowing the reading of the frequency and the active power drawn off - A 16A power relay for controlling heavy loads - A raspberry pi equipped with a ModBus gateway as well as a relay control shield The structure of the experiment is as follows: - 1 academic server for analysis and decisional control - 6 Energyboxes placed in France - 8 Energyboxes placed in Finland - An MQTT broker to synchronize orders - An InfluxDB database to save the collected data The data reported: - Network frequency - The active power drawn off - The state of the relay (ON/OFF)
