Competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network studies have revealed long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) as potential prognostic biomarkers in gastric cancer (GC) These are the supplementary files of a systematic review and meta-analysis study conducted to determine the survival-related lncRNAs in GC. Supplementary File 1 represents the search strategy and number of records retrieved from each database. Supplementary File 2 represents the results of the quality assessment. Supplementary File 3 represents the excluded articles based on the full text examination and quality assessment. Supplementary File 4 represents the list of studies included in the meta-analysis.
