Description
To determine the effect on aminoglycosides on keratinocytes from patients with junctional epidermolysis bullosa a hypothesis free gene expression study was performed. A keratinocyte cell line with a specific nonsense mutation in COL17A1 was treated with gentamicin or paromomycin or remained untreated. RNA was extracted in a triplicate experimental setting and submitted to RNA sequencing.

Steps to reproduce
RNA extracted from cells was sequenced by Illumina technology by Novogene.
