Dataset on the Green Vehicle Adoption Among Road Users in Malaysia

Description

The data were collected from 385 road users who are in Kuala Lumpur using a self-administered questionnaire. However, some data cleaning were run and only 367 samples were used for the data set. The sample was collected from the respondent who has reached the age of 18 years old, living and working in an urban area with a full driving license obtained. A set of questionnaires was design to collect the data using an online platform and various social media. A judgmental sampling method was used in the data collection procedure as using this technique, the relevant information from the unit of the study is easily obtained. The data utilize descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. This approach provides and insights to further understand the nature and usefulness of the data to various stakeholders including urban transport planners and transport industry players.
