Surface observations include surface temperature, dew point temperature, and weather phenomenon data from 2168 surface stations at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, and 18:00 UTC for the period January 2000 to December 2019. Sounding profile data were collected from 89 sounding stations across China at 00:00 and 12:00 UTC for freezing rain events, and can be directly driven by a raindrop temperature model to calculate the temperature of raindrops as they fall from the cloud base.


Steps to reproduce

Select the sounding profile to be calculated, and modify the paths of fpath1 and fpath2 in the matlab file, and run it directly to calculate the precipitation phase and droplet temperature corresponding to each sounding profile.
