Steps to reproduce

All behvaioral data points present the level of freezing during and after contextual fear conditioning. All measurements for level of overlap were comapred to the level of overlap expected, by counting DAPI (number of cells). more than 1 mean more than expected. In the same Excel sheets for overlap, pure percents of overlap are also present. All CLARITY based data present the number of counted axon or cells. Based on the number of groups comapred (2 or more) t test or ANOVA was measured. Paired and student's t test were performed, based on the need to compare between groups or within subjects.
