Description

This dataset was created to be used for the validation of quantitative contouring assessment tools and implementations. It consists of 6 Synthetic CTs with 3 different image geometries (coarse, typical and fine) and a total of 297DICOM RTSS files each defining one single 3D structure, generated with simple parametric functions with known geometry. The source code used to generate the data as well as the corresponding analytically calculated ground truth values for various contouring assessment measures for a set of paired reference and test shapes can be found at https://github.com/Vitruvian-phantom-for-RadOnc/VitruvianPhantomPy.
