The study was conducted to understand the effect of solution focused vs problem focused questions on affect and processing speed of 60 individuals diagnosed with depression. The positive and negative affect schedule (PANAS) was used to measure affect. Symbol search and coding were used to measure the processing speed. The data included the pre-test and post-test measures of affect and processing speed.
