The database contains individual-level information on deaths in 1866, including cholera deaths recorded in parish death registers from the parishes of Poznań. The data were used to analyze the spatial distribution of cholera mortality in Poznań in 1866, to identify key socioeconomic, environmental, and infrastructural factors influencing mortality patterns, and to examine the spatiotemporal dynamics of the epidemic using spatial modelling techniques.
