Description

The "Supplementary Material" includes all - in the main manuscript mentioned - supplementary figures and tables. This material is comprised of the monitored daily pH variations of the experimental aquaria, cumulative particle size distribution, photophysiological parameters (such as photosynthesis and respiration rates, RLC-derived photochemical paramters Fv/Fm, rETR and NPQ, and chlorophyll content), results and quality control of the seawater ICP MS analyses, and the statistical testing results between Stylophora pistillata, Turbinaria reniformis, and Pocillopora damicornis coral nubbins, reared under three different treatments. The "Original Data" dataset includes the results of the seawater trace metal analysis, physiological measurements on individual Stylophora pistillata, Turbinaria reniformis, and Pocillopora damicornis coral nubbins, encompassing photosynthetic parameters (such as chlorophyll fluorescence-derived photochemical parameters, gross and net photosynthesis rates, and respiration rates, total chlorophyll and protein content) as well as skeletal growth rates.
