Description

Based on the formalism of the transfer matrix for the calculation of the photonic propagator, localized modes at the interface that separates a uniform dielectric medium and a semi-infinite one-dimensional photonic crystal, made of alternate conventional isotropic materials and metamaterials are investigated. The data correspond to the physical properties of the materials and their geometric parameters. Data were collected from articles [1-3]: [1] A. Namdar. Optics Comm. Elsevier. 278 (2007) 194-198. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.optcom.2007.05.063. [2] J. Barvestani. Optics Communications 284 (2011) 231-235 doi:10.1016/j.optcom.2010.08.053. [3] H.Y. Sang, Z.Y. Li, B.Y.
