Description

The supplementary data in the light of following tables provides crucial support for the main findings of the research paper investigating the connection between working memory and mindfulness meditation. These tables compare the control and experiment groups in both resting state and during the Ospan task, utilizing pre-test and post-test measurements. The statistical results from the Wilcoxon test for frequency powers of all EEG channels offer significant evidence for the observed changes, enhancing the paper's objectivity. Additionally, the specific EEG channels and frequency bands affected by mindfulness meditation also shed light on the underlying mechanisms of the observed changes. The inclusion of two groups and two states, along with pre-test and post-test measurements, allows for a comprehensive analysis, increasing the reliability of the results. Overall, this supplementary data strengthens the paper's focus on the relationship between working memory and mindfulness meditation, providing objective support for its main findings.
