Email: chris.overall@ubc.ca The Data described here provide the in-depth proteomic and N-terminomic assessment of the human odontoblast cell layer by the positional proteomics technique TAILS (Terminal Amine Isotopic Labelling of Substrates) N-terminomics. All LC-MS/MS datasets were analyzed using four different database search engines in combination with statistical downstream evaluation. All raw data and the corresponding metadata have been deposited in ProteomeXchange with the PXD identifier ˂PXD006557˃. Please see also our data on dental pulp deposited on ProteomeXchange with the identifier ˂PXD002264˃, our publication in the Journal of Proteome Research (doi:10.1021/acs.jproteome.5b00579), and the respective Supplementary tables at Mendeley Data (http://dx.doi.org/10.17632/555j3kk4sw.1).
