Description

This dataset supports the study investigating HPV16-associated circRNAs, their potential trans-acting factors, and regulatory networks through an integrated transcriptomic approaches. Four publicly available RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) datasets (GSE206224, GSE147009, GSE169057, and GSE173112) were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database to investigate circRNA expression profiles in HPV16-positive cervical cancer. The dataset includes circRNA annotation, differential expression circRNA analysis results, HR-HPV alignment results, transcription factor binding site analysis of the EIF4A3 promoter region, and downstream bioinformatic analyses used in the study.
