This datasest comes from a parallel, two-arm, clinical controlled trial that investigates the intervention effects of nurse-delivered CBI on depression, anxiety, and medication adherence for PLWH in China. Data collectors repeatedly evaluated 140 participants’ outcomes through paper-based or online questionnaires at baseline, after 10-week CBI, and at 6-month follow-up. Measurement tools included the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), self-reported medication adherence, the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), and medication possession ratio (MPR).
