The data contains 383 responses to an August 2020 survey among students who attend a Kenyan university/college on their current or previous experience with structured mentorship outside the classroom. The data set also contains responses on the sources of mentorship, for the students who received mentorship while at university. Further, the data also shows if the respondents' curricula/classroom teaching contained teaching in any of the five pillars: Professional Development, Personal Development, Innovation and ICT Skills, Scholarship Skills, and Community Engaement.
