Description

Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare disease with a remitting/relapsing pattern that presents with its own diagnostic and treatment challenges. It is believed to be linked to reduced interleukin-36 receptor antagonist (DITRA) activity. Currently, no consensus-based guidelines or universally accepted treatments exist for GPP. This systematic review examines the efficacy and safety of systemic biologics for GPP.
