Description

To estimate the storm event at ca. 4.5 ka on the east China coast, this study compiled all sediment cores and profiles collected the Neolithic sites, and reconstructed the paleo-topography at that time. The supplementary material includes the grids for the numerical modeling, the grain size of the storm deposits, the spatial distribution of precipitation of typical typhoon events, and the flooding by the Super Typhoon Feitow in 2013. All detail information and radiocarbon ages of the sediment cores and profiles are also indicated in the tables in the supplementary material.
