Description

This dataset details the zootechnical performance of Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) reared under experimental conditions at three dissolved oxygen levels (50%, 60%, and 95% saturation). Generated from two in vivo trials, the dataset includes: - Daily and hourly measurements: dissolved oxygen, water temperature, salinity, number of fish, and feed intake. - Sampling and laboratory data: fish weight, fork length, sex, organ weight, whole-body composition, tail, and opercular beat frequency. - Zootechnical indicators: survival rate, weight gain, and feed conversion ratio. Data at the group level was analyzed using ANOVA with post-hoc testing. The dataset comprises spreadsheets (.xlsx) and charts (.png). It is valuable for use in further analysis and modeling the effects of dissolved oxygen on salmon performance.
