Null Hypothesis-The effect of chest and upper limb PNF would be equivalent to conventional chest physiotherapy on pulmonary function parameter and quality of life in patients with AECOPD. Between group results shows significant improvement in PEFR, Chest wall expansion at axillary and xiphisternal level, Pulse rate, Respiratory rate and Oxyhaemoglobin saturation.
