This dataset originates from a cross-sectional study investigating the relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness, cardiometabolic risk factors, and testosterone levels in professional firefighters. Data were collected in 2024 from male firefighters employed by a municipal fire department in Türkiye. The dataset includes demographic information (age), anthropometric measurements (weight, height, BMI, waist circumference), biochemical markers (fasting glucose, lipid profile, total testosterone), and physical fitness indicators (estimated VO₂max, MET scores). The data are structured in Microsoft Excel format and were prepared for statistical analysis using SPSS.
