Data and Scripts used for processing, analysis, and visualization of data presented in "Population genetics of two chromatic morphs of the Chagas disease vector Rhodnius pallescens Barber, 1932 in Panamá". Data includes all scripts used for the Software STACKS, vcf outputs from STACKS for each species (Rhodnius pallescens, Trypanosoma cruzi, T. rangeli), and scripts used for analysis and visualization in R.
