Description

We adopt the transmitter-receiver structure of multicomponent induction logging tool, use the step current as the excitation to numerically simulate the responses of transient multicomponent induction logging in homogenous transverse isotropic (TI) formation. And we proposed a determination method of apparent dip angle and anisotropy in time domain based on the algebraic combination of different components with respect to dip and anisotropy.
