This table includes diagnostic codes for cardiovascular and dermatologic conditions, procedure codes for Mohs micrographic surgery, medication classifications, and laboratory codes. The codes were utilized to define study cohorts, identify relevant comorbidities, and assess clinical outcomes within the 30-day and 3-month post-index period.
