Description

Raw sequences (fasta format) of DENV-1, -2, -3, and -4 were alignment and analyses to construct phylogenetic trees. Our hypothesis was that the displacement of one genotype by another more pernicious type will precipitate severe dengue. This system operates within the context of vector density, in turn influenced by climate and ecological factors. To investigate this hypothesis, the analysis of dengue epidemic trends between 1990 and 2019, and assessment of DENV serotypes and genotypes from the 2009 Mexican epidemic were development. (Hernández-García et al. 2020). DENV-1 (141 bp) Alignment of 146 NS3 sequences from the nucleotide site 4,900 to 5,040 (size 141 bp) belonging to DENV-1 from Veracruz State, Mexico (GenBank accession numbers: MN711811, MN711812, MN711813, MN711814, MN711815) and additional representative sequences from the NCBI repository nucleotides ( (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nucleotide/)). DENV-3 (249 bp) Alignment of 119 NS3 sequences from the nucleotide site 4,994 to 5,014 (size 249 bp) belonging to DENV-3 from Veracruz (GenBank accession numbers: MN711793, MN711794) and Oaxaca (GenBank accession numbers: EF589666, EF589667, EF589668) States, Mexico and additional representative sequences from the NCBI repository nucleotides (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nucleotide/). DENV-2 (134 bp) Alignment of 146 prM sequences from the nucleotide position 439 to 572 (size 134 bp) belonging to DENV-2 from Veracruz (GenBank accession numbers: MN711810, MN711798, MN711799, MN711800, MN711801, MN711802, MN711803, MN711804, MN711805, MN711806, MN711807, MN711795, MN711796), and Oaxaca (GenBank accession numbers: MN711791, MN711792) States, Mexico and additional representative sequences from the NCBI repository nucleotides (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nucleotide/). DENV-2 (384 bp) Alignment of 144 CpM sequences from the nucleotide position 189nt-572nt (size 384 bp) belonging to DENV-2 from and Veracruz (GenBank accession numbers: MN711810, MN711798, MN711799, MN711800, MN711801, MN711802, MN711803, MN711804, MN711805, MN711806, MN711807, MN711795, MN711796), and Oaxaca (GenBank accession numbers: MN711791, MN711792) States, Mexico and additional representative sequences from the NCBI repository nucleotides (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nucleotide/). DENV-4 (363 bp) Alignment of 132 prM sequences from the nucleotide position 162 to 524 (size 363 bp) belonging to DENV-4 from Veracruz State, Mexico (GenBank accession numbers: MN711808, MN711809) and additional representative sequences from the NCBI repository nucleotides (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nucleotide/). DENV-4 (567 bp) Alignment of 118 CprM sequences from the nucleotide position 162 to 728 (size 567 bp) belonging to DENV-4 from Veracruz State, Mexico (GenBank accession numbers: MN711808, MN711809) and additional representative sequences from the NCBI repository nucleotides (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nucleotide/).
