The "Normalized multi-omics input.txt" includes 23 differential genes and 27 clinical and pathological indicators as the multi-omics inputs in 368 HER2-low BC patients. The "Normalized Attribution Results.txt" includes the calculation results of feature attribution values based on Neural network and Integral gradients. Accordingly, the pCR signatures of HER2-low BC can be visualized by a heatmap.
