Steps to reproduce
Analyze the role of UNC93B1 in cancer, particularly hepatocellular carcinoma, using bioinformatics analysis tools and in vitro experiments. We investigated UNC93B1 expression and its prognostic significance in pan-cancer using TIMER 3.0, GEPIA3, HPA, and UALCAN. Its association with mutations, alternative splicing (AS), methylation, DNA damage repair (DDR), and drug sensitivity was analyzed using cBioPortal, OncoSplicing, SMART, GEPIA3, and CellMiner. Immune infiltration and immunotherapy analysis of UNC93B1 were evaluated using CIDE and SangerBox. The protein-protein interactions (PPI) and functions of UNC93B1 were assessed using STRING and CancerSEA. The expression, prognostic value, and immune-related characteristics of UNC93B1 in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) were analyzed using R, and the impact of UNC93B1 expression on LIHC cells was investigated in vitro experiments.
