Written in English b. Published in Journal/Proceedings c. Indexed by Scopus d. Published in 2020- June 2022 e. Primary study f. The article discusses Contact Tracing Application 1.4 Meet the Quality assessment criteria as follows: a. The article discusses the CTA developed for covid control. b. The article identifies privacy issues occurring during CTA implementation. c. The article provides a solution to privacy concerns 2. Mapping matrix of problems related to the implementation of CTA in controlling COVID-19. Mapping results are differentiated in managerial and technical aspects.
