Present data: 1. SLR on previous studies regarding privacy issues in implementing CTA in controlling COVID-19. review limitations as follows: 1.1 Keywords used are "Privacy" OR "Security" OR "Vulnerability" AND "Covid" AND "Contact Tracing" OR "Contact Tracing App" 1.2 Published in 2020 to June 2022 1.3 Using the inclusion criteria as follows: a. Written in English b. Published in Journal/Proceedings c. Indexed by Scopus d. Published in 2020- June 2022 e. Primary study f. The article discusses Contact Tracing Application 1.4 Meet the Quality assessment criteria as follows: a. The article discusses the CTA developed for covid control. b. The article identifies privacy issues occurring during CTA implementation. c. The article provides a solution to privacy concerns 2. Mapping matrix of problems related to the implementation of CTA in controlling COVID-19. Mapping results are differentiated in managerial and technical aspects.
