This repository contains the replication dataset supporting the manuscript From Behavioural Additionality to Social Preference Additionality: Reframing Evidence from SMEs Technology Adoption Intention. It includes the final analytical database (Stata 18 format), the replication do-file, and supporting documentation required to reproduce the empirical analyses reported in the article, including the construction of the behavioural readiness and evaluative alignment indices, the readiness-alignment space, the multinomial logit models, the ordered probit models, and the robustness analyses.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download all files from the repository. 2. Set the repository folder as the Stata working directory. 3. Open Stata 18 (or later). 4. Load SPA_AM_Database_2026.dta. 5. Run SPA_AM_main_replication.do. 6. The script reproduces the construction of the composite indices, the readiness–alignment space, the multinomial logit models, the ordered probit models, the robustness checks, and all tables and figures reported in the manuscript. 7. Compare the generated output with the results presented in the manuscript.
