Description

A self-administered close-ended questionnaire was conducted online to asses working conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic, workers´ perceptions of self-performance, and to gather sociodemographic characteristics of Ecuadorian workers. This anonymized database includes a total of 542 entries where nominal data is codified for analysis. Relevant data shows a statistically significant difference between the modalities according to educational levels, gross monthly salary, perceived change in the number of hours per workday, management time ability, and perceived productivity. Participation was voluntary and data was collected using a snowball method.
