Description

This dataset contains survey responses collected for a study examining the role of explainable artificial intelligence (AI) in shaping consumer behaviour in e-commerce environments. The data were gathered from active online shoppers using a structured questionnaire designed to measure perceptions of explainable recommendation quality, perceived personalization, consumer trust and purchase intention. All variables were measured using Likert-scale items adapted from established literature. The dataset also includes basic demographic information for analytical purposes. Personal identifiers have been removed to ensure anonymity. The data were analysed using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to examine predictive relationships among the constructs.
