Description

Description: We simulate the current and future wetland distribution in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau using machine learning classifiers. Metadata: Spatial resolution: 1 km Spatial domain: 26-40°N and 73°E-105°E Contains two files: - Wetland_distribution_Fig3.mat gives the permanent wetland and current potential wetland distribution in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau from our simulations with Random Forest and Random Under Sampling Boosting algorithm. These data can reproduce Fig3 in the paper. - Future_wetland_Fig5.mat gives the wetland distributions under four future emission scenarios and four time spans from our simulations with Random Under Sampling Boosting algorithm. These data can reproduce Fig5 in the paper. This is the supplementary data for the paper "Wetland distribution in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its responses to climate change and glacial retreat". Please read the paper and the associated supporting information before using the data. Please contact W. Chen (wzchen@cug.edu.cn) or T. Peng (tzpeng2002@163.com) if you have any question.
