The UPLC-ESI-MS/MS system (UPLC, ExionLC™ AD, https://sciex.com.cn/; MS, Applied Biosystems 6500 Q TRAP, https://sciex.com.cn/) was utilized to analyze the sample extracts. The AB4500 Q TRAP UPLC/MS/MS system is equipped with an ESI Turbo ion spray interface and operates in both positive and negative ion modes. LIT and QQQ scans were performed on a triple quadrupole linear ion TRAP mass spectrometer (Q TRAP). The GC device recorded the mass spectrum using an electron impact (EI) ionization mode at an energy level of 70 eV. The mass spectrum was set up in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode.
