Description

Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy (CLSM) images and lambda-scan data (in excitation range 420-770 nm) were obtained with a Leica TCS SP8 X (Leica Microsystems, Germany) under 405 nm excitation using Leica 100x/1.44 NA oil N-PLAN objective. CLSM data from carbon nanodots (CND) obtained in micellar systems. There are 3 samples: 1. CND-2B - hexane:brij_L4 micelles (10:3.2 volume ratio) 2. CND-3W - hexane:brij_L4:water reverced micelles (10:3.2:0.5 volume ratio) 3. CND-3DS - hexane:brij_L4:DS micelles (10:3.2:0.5 volume ratio). DS - dextran sulfate 10 mg/mL.
