Steps to reproduce

Mobile phase composition = 10 mM KH2PO4 buffer : MeOH (90 % : 10 %, pH ≈ 4.60 ± 0.05) Column = C18, 4.6 × 250 mm Flow rate = 0.8 mL/min Injection volume = 10 µL Detection wavelength = 254 nm Column temperature = 30 °C Gradient program = Isocratic Note: for standard solution preparation and depending on the concentration to be prepared, appropriate volumes of the selected mobile phase solution and 0.1 M HCl solution should be used to mix GMP and IMP standards, respectively.
