Original wester blot images supporting the findings from the study "Transcription factor NFYA directs male meiotic entry by facilitating accessible chromatin at the promoters of genes expressed during meiosis". Images labelled as "Staged mice testes" present NFYA protein abundance across testes lysates from mice at various age. While, the images labelled as show the change in NFYA protein abundance upon germline-specific deletion of Nfya gene. Measurement of NFYA protein is performed using testes protein lysate from mice at 9, 14, 30 days postpartum.
