Steps to reproduce
The fire extinguisher dataset was collected using a smartphone camera across various locations within Daffodil International University (DIU), including the main campus and the Hall of Residence area. The images were captured under diverse lighting conditions, backgrounds, and angles to ensure variability and robustness. This real-world diversity makes the dataset suitable for training and evaluating computer vision models focused on object detection and classification. A total of 668 images were gathered, each featuring fire extinguishers in different environmental contexts to enhance generalizability in practical applications.
