The aim of this study is to investigate the role of SEMA5B in prostate cancer, focusing on its functional characterization and its impact on the tumor immune microenvironment. Prostate cancer cell lines were used for in vitro and in vivo experiments, and the LNCaP cell line overexpressing SEMA5B was detected using transcriptome sequencing.

Steps to reproduce
This dataset contains four LNCaP cell line samples. A comparative gene expression analysis was conducted between the SEMA5B-overexpression group (Sample: 02T0003 and 02T0004) and the control group (Sample: 02T0001 and 02T0002). Gene Ontology (GO) and WikiPathways (WIKI) analyses were utilized for enrichment analysis. All computations were conducted with R software (v4.2).
