The dataset includes raw MRI images and histology images acquired for the manuscript: Histotripsy treatment of murine brain and glioma: temporal profile of MRI and histological characteristics post-treatment. Currently, only healthy mice MRI and histologies are uploaded due to large size of data. If the tumor bearing mice data is required, please email at csangwon@umich.edu

MRI was acquired with 7T Varian scanner. Image processing steps for MRI is described in the manuscript.
