Subjetive well-being and happiness: Data from a positive education intervention

Description

The data of this publication comes from a positive education intervention in Colombia. The data covers two years (2020 – 2022) of 193 college students enrolled in the class Happiness and Well-being. This course teaches evidence-based interventions to promote well-being and mental health awareness. Students participating in the study were asked to take a survey at the beginning and the of the semester to assess their overall life satisfaction. Likewise, students in the class identified a university classmate not enrolled in the class to participate as a control group (n=135). Students in the control group also took the survey at the beginning and end of the semester. In total, 328 college students participated in the study, 193 in the treatment group and 135 in the control group.

Researchers find raw data (excel) and the complete survey in this publication. Raw data presents information for baseline and follow-up for four waves (covering four semesters between 2020 - 2022).
