Description
Our hypotheses were distance education effectiveness had an effect on employability. First model of our research shows unemployment worries negatively related to empoyability and distance education effectiveness diminished this negative effect by mediating this relationship. Second model indicates that distance education had positive impact on employability. Environmental uncertainty mediated the relationship between distance education and employability. When environmental uncertainty perceived, distance education was more important for low-courageous students than those higher one.
