The dataset encompasses a collection of images featuring lettuce leaves, showcasing both the healthy state and instances affected by anthracnose diseases, yielding a total image count of 2210. Additionally, to enhance the depth of contributions to this research, an auxiliary class image data Shepherd Purse Weeds was integrated, sourced from an openly accessible dataset, culminating in a compilation of 244 images (accessible via https://vision.eng.au.dk/plant-seedlings-dataset/). Subsequently, augmentations were applied to the original images within this class. The dataset proves highly conducive for both binary and multiclass classification endeavors, considering the nuanced delineation of two primary leaf categories and the inclusion of the Shepherd Purse Weeds class: 1. Healthy Lettuce Leaves 2. Infected Lettuce Leaves 3. Shepherd Purse Weeds
