Description

Online materials for the project on the influence of white matter hyperintensities (WMH) on prediction accuracy of acute spatial neglect severity (Röhrig, Sperber, Bonilha, Rorden, & Karnath). The dataset includes lesion overlap maps, analysis scripts, and results. Code was generated using Matlab R2019a (The MathWorks, Inc., Natick, USA). For the SVR algorithms, the 'libsvm' package by Chang & Lin (2011; https://doi.org/10.1145/1961189.1961199) was used. For more information, see the .txt-files provided.
