Description

This dataset consists of multiple performance parameters of an SI engine fuelled with hydrogen enriched CNG (compressed natural gas), operating under four different loading conditions (10 kg, 12 kg, 14 kg and 16 kg). It not only consists of raw data collected directly through the data acquisition software of an engine dynamometer but also consists of data visualizations to help interpret the data. To further aid the interpretation, a comparison between actual and theoretical values has also been included.

Steps to reproduce

This data can be reproduced with the use of a single cylinder SI engine and appropriate equipment to supply hydrogen and CNG to the engine, along with a dynamometer and necessary electronics for data acquisition. The engine setup used to get this data belongs to Apex Innovations Pvt. Ltd., located in Sangli, Maharashtra, India.
