Fourteen postmenopausal women completed randomised countermovement jumps (CMJ), box drops (BD), heel drops (HD) and stamp (STP) exercises for continuous and intermittent conditions. Sacrum accelerometry (ACC) and surface electromyography (EMG) of four muscles were recorded. Peak acceleration (Peak ACC), acceleration gradient (Grad ACC) and mean EMG for the rectus femoris (RF EMG), semitendinosus (ST EMG), tibialis anterior (TA EMG) and lateral gastrocnemius (GL EMG) were calculated.
