Cooling curve data obtained from quenching in vegetable oils

This data presented was obtained during quenching of AISI 1045 and AISI 4340 steels in vegetable (sunflower and soybean) and mineral oils at different bath temperatures (25, 40, 60 and 80°C) and is part of the experimental results of a manuscript ("Experimental investigation of cooling behavior and residual stresses in quenching with vegetable oils at different bath temperatures") currently in submission".
