Diet Items and SARS-Cov-2 Infection Rate: An Empirical Regression analysis and study Based on 7 groups, each of 500 families (totally more than 3500 Iranian families). Based on COVID-19 Infection status of families and their Dietary Regime. Results: 1- Sugar, Soda, High consumption of fried foods and High Consumption of Fish Meat are Harmful. 2- These Dietary Items are protective: Turmeric - Probiotic Local Dairy Products - Weekly consumption of broth - Consumption of traditional herbal decoctions - Natural Honey - Natural Sesame cream and its products - Ramadan Fasting - Rajab and Shaban Fasting - High consumption of apples or apple juice - Natural Grape Syrup - Natural Date Syrup - Consume rose water once a few days in food and drink at home - Consumption of dates (once or twice a day)
