Description

RNA-seq raw data files to evaluate the gene expression level in A549 cells treated with recombinant PRELP protein. Research in brief: Proline and arginine-rich end leucine-rich repeat protein (PRELP) is one of the small leucine-rich repeat proteoglycans (SLRPs), known as a multi-functional and multi-specific ligand. To assess the alteration of gene expression level triggered by PRELP, RNA-seq analysis was performed using A549 lung carcinoma cells treated with different concentrations of recombinant PRELP protein by GENEWIZ from Azenta Life Sciences. This data set contains the RNA-seq raw data (fastq.gz files) and gene expression results across all samples (all.fpkm_anno.xls). Control, PRELP20, and PRELP100 represent samples from A549 cells treated with 0 μg/ml, 20 μg/ml (0.4 μM), and 100 μg/ml (2 μM) of PRELP proteins, respectively. Two cell cultures were prepared for each concentration and analyzed.
